Amanda seems a very friendly person. The area she's in was nice. We were looking for a sudden place to stay and took a gamble by booking based on location. While Amanda has a good response time, it was late when we booked so missed her by just enough to not backtrack. She was very understanding and we worked things out.
I would absolutely check back (with a bit more foresight) next time paying through.
