We pulled in with our 20 foot RV AND ABSOLUTELY loved this beautiful spot! Lots of room, stunning views and Renato is one of the kindest hosts we have ever stayed with. Will definitely be back. P.S. warning, the wine is probably the best you’ll ever taste.

Absolutely beautiful location and Mount Hood even came out to see us before we left. We enjoyed exploring the public lands across the street, having fires in the fire pit, and relaxing on the beautiful property. As advertised with bonus pigs as neighbors!

4 nights at Last Chance Glass and Getaway

Love our time here! The goat and donkey were amazing. It was peaceful and quiet and Erica made sure we were comfortable-and it was close to wineries!!

2 nights at Harvest Haven Campground

The campsite was under the oaks near a country road that maybe had 4 cars go by during our 2 day stay. The view across the Columbia was beautiful. We walked down across the creek to give the pigs a scritch. This was a nice quiet place to rest.

Weekend Trip to Mountain Lavender Escape

This was a great location and we had amazing spring weather to enjoy it. The night sky was clear on Friday allowing us to enjoy seeing so many stars. The site and property were exactly as described and I appreciated the notes around with information and instructions. Justin was friendly and helpful and communicative. This was a road trip break site for us and I would be happy to stay again next time we are passing through the area.

Weekend Trip to Rhoda's Joy

Rhoda's camping area was green, shady and quiet. She was very kind to us when we had a problem with our RV. By using Hipcamp's directions instead of relying on Google maps we found our campsite with no problem. The compostable toilet was clean and not smelly at all.

Weekend Trip to Harvest Haven Campground

The property was just as described, on a working farm, in a beautiful, peaceful location with gorgeous views. We van camped with friends and had easy access to hikes and local wineries. The port-a-potties were very clean and well stocked. Great spot! We’d definitely come back!

Weekend Trip to Tamihi Meadows

I loved the campsite—the environment was beautiful and peaceful. The host was friendly and welcoming. The private campground offered much more privacy than a provincial campground. Overall, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy camping. Just be sure to bring your own toilet and water, as these amenities are not provided.

Weekend Trip to Cedar+Fern

This was an amazing spot!! It has every amenity you could ever want or need including a fire pit, covered picnic bench, hammock, and a great space to pitch a tent. The toilet and dish washing station was also super convenient and a very nice touch. The river was definitely the best part. It was easy to access and you could hear it from each camp site which was very soothing. There is also a really cool general store about 3-5 minutes away which was super convenient for firewood, drinks, etc. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Beautiful, peaceful spot. And Tera was super sweet and easy to communicate with. Lovely location. And I had a very cute cat greet me which was a nice bonus :)

Weekend Trip to Last Chance Glass and Getaway

This site is simply stunning, a breath of fresh air with views that conjure up relaxation and tranquility. We loved our stay and will absolutely come again! Erica is warm and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. This was our first time in Walla Walla, and it was definitely the perfect way to experience its natural beauty. The spot is private, and the fire pit and bench were great additions to our camp out.

1 night at Summit Farms: Peaceful & Enjoyable

We had such a wonderful time staying at Summit Farms. Mitch and Michelle were so welcoming. Our boys loved playing pool and on the instruments in the barn. We also enjoyed spending time in the bamboo forest and exploring the different areas on the farm. The sauna was also so relaxing! We will definitely be coming back!

Quite easy to find, the tent sites are quite peaceful. The sound of the river flowing through the trees is extremely relaxing. 100% recommend the eggs. They're huge and delicious. Definitely a place I'd return to!

Weekend Trip to Del Rosario Family Vineyard

We enjoyed our stay @ the vineyard! Renalto was extremely helpful, a warm welcome, and has a great space. The campsites are nice and roomy, not cramped next to other sites which is refreshing with two dogs joining us while we tented. We had a tasting with Renalto & learned about the history of the vineyard.

My girlfriend and I had a really nice stay at Rhoda’s Joy. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it a great spot to unwind. The space was well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the site. The hosts were friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Overall, a great option if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway.

Weekend Trip to Summit Farms: Peaceful & Enjoyable

What a lovely spot at the end of the lane! We loved our dry camp site on grass by a little seasonal creek where my dogs say the drinking water was excellent. Every person we met, whether working or staying on the farm, was friendly. We enjoyed exploring nearby Millersylvania State Park, cooking with local food from the Olympia Farmers Market, then being serenaded by the frogs in our cozy beds in the meadow at night. Thanks Mitch and Michelle. We'll be back!

Last Chance Glass and Getaway

Learn more about this land: Last Chance Glass Studio and Getaway is a small eleven acre farm exceptionally situated in the gorgeous Walla Walla Valley. There are level access and pull through camp sites along the Burlingame Canal and the South fork of the Little Walla Walla river (a creek). Enjoy nature here on the Old Oregon trail in the form of beaver ponds, coyote song, deer trails, bird watching and star gazing - just a half mile from the historic Whitman Mission. Park on the partial pavement (Mountain and Garden Sites) or drive gently on the grass to one of the well separated sites. Each site has its own picnic table and fire pit. There is self service firewood for sale. Orchard Site and Park Site are shady and cool on the north side of the drive. Park is nestled in the trees next to the barn. Orchard site has mature trees for both shade and sunshine. Park site has it's own water spigot and is within reach of a 110amp electrical outlet with your extension cord. No A/C or high amp use please. Mountain Site and Garden site are both situated along the Burlingame Canal, a historic waterway and engineering marvel worth googling. Both have an unobstructed east facing view of farmland and the Blue Mountains - perfect for full moons and sunrises. These two sites are generally in the shade around dinner time. Note: The canal is empty August and Sept Creekside Site is the newest site. Fully fenced. Full hook up. Private and secluded. Quiet dogs permitted on leash only. Professionally maintained Sani-can. Beautiful potable well water. In general it is my policy to not review people who are relaxed and camping. I do appreciate your private suggestions and continued good public reviews! I strive hard to be a TRULY hospitable and peaceful getaway! I feel grateful every day to be living in such a pretty place. Walla Walla, Washington... who knew?! It is a joy to share it. Our 33+ acre, picturesque, tranquil property is situated in the Tamihi Recreational Area just south of Chilliwack, British Columbia. Three sides of the property are heavily forested with the Chilliwack River bordering the fourth side. It's only 20 minutes from town but far enough to enjoy the peaceful and serene offerings of nature. The property has a 20 x 60' covered picnic area, a large beach suitable for swimming in summer and fall, and it is also a world-class fishing spot. It has unlimited mountain trails and logging roads for ATVs, mountain bikers/hikers and with Class I - IV rapids, is also a fantastic area for whitewater kayaking and rafting. The national kayaking team trains just up from us and Chilliwack River Rafting is very close by. We occasionally host weddings in the meadow and covered picnic area as well. Your QUIET, well-mannered, leashed (at all times) pet is welcome as long as you pick up after them. There is a minimum of 3 nights on long weekends. Children MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times! We are in a very sensitive, natural environment & want it left exactly as you found it so it can be enjoyed by others. We've unfortunately had children cutting down small trees, ripping moss & bark off of trees & damaging playground equipment. For some reason Hipcamp doesn't show my individual sites, so I will list them here. Some say Adults only (a minimum of 19 yrs)due to sharp drop offs to the river and undercut banks that would be unsafe for children. SITES: Site 21. Adult only site (19+) 17'W x 63'L with a wider portion at the end and some to one side. Hidden Acres Orchards

I'm a 3rd generation farmer, working the same land as my father and grandfather. Hidden Acres Orchards is a 60 acre, u-pick fruit, vegetable, and flower farm. Camp within the luscious fruit tree rows, in the middle of a vibrant pumpkin patch or even in the petting zoo! Animals welcome! IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW: We are a real working farm, not like a romanticized IG version of a farm. There are tractors running, sprayers making applications, farm animals loudly enjoying life, day customers picking fruit, and farmers about early in the morning. With that being said, we understand that experience may not be to everyone's liking. Be aware that if you do decide to camp here be ready for a real farm adventure! Another little tidbit: to grow food, we try to maximize the amount of sun it receives- SHADE IS VERY LIMITED. ALL CAMPSITES ARE U-PICK, there are no designated spots. Let your creativity shine and choose as dope a spot as you like! If you're scared of driving off a paved road or frightened by the natural world we suggest glamping at another lovely Green Bluff location. Starting SEPTEMBER 23RD until OCTOBER 31ST every weekday we host hundreds of school kids on the farm. They start arriving around 9:00 am. If the sound of children's laughter drives you absolutely insane, you might think twice about booking a stay with us in the fall. Winter camping is available, please note we typically receive a lot of snow. Early spring is the extreme mud season, please be cautious of our soft ground and stick to the roads. July-August can get very dry some years, which means the grass goes dormant and dust starts to fly. MAX STAY IS 14 DAYS.
